Someone posted awhile back about installing a 2.2 Kohm resitor(sp)In the skip shift connector, disabling the skip solinoid and keeping the PCM light off. But I can't remember the wattage. 1/2 or 1/4? Does any one know? Thanks to all who respond. <img src="images/icons/confused.gif" border="0">

I used 1/2 watt, haven't had a problem since installed. I believe a low voltage will work, except it cant handle as much heat.

I did the 2.2k 1/2 watt about a month ago..so far so good...5 resistors for 89 cents...or spend 30 bucks for a plug in...29 bucks saved is almost track fees for a day 8-)
