Tranny fluid questions

For all of you guys with high stall converters in a 4L60E what tranny fluid do you use and why?
What ones do you specifically recommend against?
I have a Yank ST3500 ready to install soon but I haven’t bought the fluid yet.
The choices as I see them are:
Dino Dextron any brand
Synth Dexton Mobil One
Type F any brand
Royale Purple expensive
B&M Quick Shift
Any and all input will be appreciated.

Dexron III Manufacturers usually recommend
it to many problems with synthetic and
paper,also extra slippage <img src="gr_grin.gif" border="0">
