3.73 or convertor first?
3.73 or convertor first? With stock engine internals what does everyone think would make the most improvement gears like 3.73 or a stall convertor? I have an a4 with 3.23 now. Opinions??

Converter hands down. Average gain with a converter is .5 seconds....I've seen as high as .8 seconds. Gears might get you .2-.3 seconds. Or you could get both and be really happy!! Fuddle has awesome customer service and it appears that they have a great product. PM him and he'll get you fixed up with a good converter based on your goals. Can't beat his price either. Look in the Group Purchase section and you can see a post by him. That will give you his name (since I don't know it) so you can PM him.

Defiantly get the stall converter. Make sure to get a tranny cooler.
