syncors? or what?
There is a light scoring of the rotor.
Also... if the syncros on my m6 are bad... would the shifter go into gears easily some of the time? or always grinding when going to gear? I have a situation where the shifter goes in smooth sometimes and sometimes it doesn't. I just got an adjustable master installed by Jason. It's a rebuilt tranny, new clutch... can't think of what it is.
Thanks!
Chris
Nope, just get a 13 mm socket and unbolt the two caliper bolts. It will fall right off the caliper bracket. If you need to remove everything, there will be 2 more bolts holding on the bracket to the back of the backing plate, unbolt them and it will also fall off. Then just slide the rotor off.

Usually when your syncro's are going out, you will get a grinding while putting the shifter into gear. Depending on the condition of the syncro's, it could be a heavy grinding or just a slight grind. Been there, done that

It only grinds once in a blue moon when cold... i wonder if they are out of whack though... i wonder how much it is to put in new ones or how much it is to buy new ones and how hard to replace... i have rebuilt th400's and th350's... not sure on manuals
