help please with choosing gears I wanna uprade gears in my stock 98 t/a, but i dont know what ill need or what kind of gears should i get. ive read about 3.73 or 4.10 so wich is better. also what kinds of improvement will this do, and whats the difference with gears 10 bolt, 12 botl and differential????

ok so ill go with 4.10, 10 bolt right? now when you buy gears do you only get the gear ring and pinion?, what about install kit or will i need a slip differential too.??
