Default can you balance a carrier?

I am getting a vibration at every speed after my gear swap. its almost like going over rumble strips on the road only much lighter and closer together but its rythmic! doing about 60mph it happens at about 90 beats per minute almost like there is a few teeth on the ring gear that are bad but they are new? Could something be out of balance? How do i check?

try rotating the drive shaft 180 degrees at the rear yoke.Unbolt it,turn it one half turn and bolt it back in.
