Smile what gears?

im about to get some gears 4 my 98 ss 6spd , but i can decide what kind of brand should i go 4 people are telling me that i should stick to gm that they make pretty good ones what do u guys think. 98ss 6speed, z06 clutch, magnaflow cat back, with slp center mont tips & body kit, grill, t-top , k&n air intake, ram air hood

I really don't think it matters on what brand of gears you purchase for the 10 bolts that are used in the late model F Body's. The tiny 7.5" ring and pinion is just too tiny, and I have seen all the teeth get stripped off the gears on a brand new set of Richmond gears. This happened on the 1st pass with the gears, and the gears were installed by a guy who knew what he was doing. Bob
