12 Bolt at an advantage?
Is there any truth to this?
-Will
Thanks.....thats what I thought,but I needed to make sure
...And I''' be just as happy with a posi in a 9"

-Will
12 bolt - less power to turn = less drivetrain loss, but the entire rear is heavier
9" - more power to turn due to high pinion angle = more drivetain loss, but the entire rear is lighter

Thanks again,
-Will

FWIW, I've got a 6speed, ~500 RWHP, and do 6.5K dumps all the time.... no worries
Huge flowing LS6 heads/ HUGE cam, ported FAST 90/90, and all supporting boltons. Oh yeah, the rear has 4.30 gears

The customer service and tech support is also top notch! Thanks for everything Bob!
