Star has the worst customer service I have ever seen. When my carbon disk blew to peices after 2K miles, they basically told me to **** up a rope. It was all my fault, the car's fault, etc...No doubt the worst experience I have ever had with a company.

There number is 800-828-4379. Ask to talk to David. He was extremely helpful to me and answered any questions I had. I even had an installation problem (my fault) and he offered to check my clutch out free of charge. I don't live too far away from their shop so I took it to him and he had it checked out, balanced and back in my hands in about 20 minutes. I have had nothing but great experiences from the SPEC people and their clutch.

I hope I don't run into that problem... I have been giving them alot of credit on this site as well as others. If something happens and they turn their back on me... they will regret it.Bad experiences get around alot faster than good ones, and I WILL make sure that it gets around. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Mad]" src="gr_images/icons/mad.gif" />
