Finally did it! All of us know its only a matter of time, but I finally popped the Strange 4.10's living in my stock 10 bolt rear.
This past Sunday I was at Lone Star Raceway Park in Sealy, TX for Houston's monthly Car Club Bash... I made a few passes before the event got rained out, the best two of which were 7.50 @ 95.03 MPH (1.78 sixty).. I guess my drag racing a 3700 lb. car with a stock 10 bolt, and having it live this long, is somewhat an oddity but I've enjoyed it while it lasted (9 months) <img border="0" title="" alt="[Smile]" src="gr_stretch.gif" /> So, I finally ponied up and bought myself a Moser 12-bolt with all the goodies. Hopefully it arrives soon, because I am borrowing a set of 3.23 gears (Thank you Dennis @ IRS !!) until it gets here. I'll tell ya, 3.23's in a H/C 6-speed LS1 **SUCKS** <img border="0" title="" alt="[Big Grin]" src="gr_grin.gif" />
