Drive shaft loop questions?

Drive shaft loop questions? I installed my Jegster drive shaft saftey loop yesterday. Now I am hearing more noise than normal, and some weird vibrations, the only thing I can think of is my exahust is touching the loop. I am going to lower my exhaust some today and see if that helps. Re: Drive shaft loop questions? I got the metco bolt in loop, and I notice a little more road noise as well as a tiny raddle @ idle, its not that bad though. I looked at mine and its not touching anywhere, so its all good.
Re: Drive shaft loop questions? I tried the same one and it was hitting my DS.. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Sad]" src="gr_sad.gif" /> Hitting bumps or under acceleration, it was hitting, especially on the counter weight. I moved it up, forward, you name it - and it hit.

Re: Drive shaft loop questions? The Jegster loop tucks very nicely, there should be no problem with lowered cars.
I dimpled my Y-pipe with a ball pein hammer to make darn sure I had clearance (a very slight dimple), and have noticed zero vibration or noise. Fit my car perfectly. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Smile]" src="gr_stretch.gif" />
Why anyone would spend more than $40 for a loop, I have no idea...

Re: Drive shaft loop questions? I must add that I have V6 springs on the rear of my car - so maybe I'm getting more travel with the diff. causing the DS to hit... <img border="0" title="" alt="[Confused]" src="images/icons/confused.gif" />
