is this tranny combo possible? is there any way to get a 5 speed automatic in our cars? maybe a 3 speed with two overdrives? Or possibly a push button 5th overdrive gear, or a customing tuning to only engage it in speeds over 55 mph?
im thinking it would be cool because an auto can run a higher gear without the troubles of running at 4K on the expressway in 4th gear <img border="0" title="" alt="[Big Grin]" src="gr_grin.gif" /> .
or is this just crazy talk?
i heard a gm car now has a 5 speed auto- dont remember which one.
