ST4000 and 3.73s?

ST4000 and 3.73s? Is a Yank ST4000 and 3.73s a good match? What are the **** extensions on this convertor? Average 60' times? How do they do in efficiency? How are they from a roll against a M6? TIA

Not sure about the shift <img border="0" title="" alt="[Wink]" src="gr_images/icons/wink.gif" /> extension on that particular converter.. but I'd figure easy 1.6 60fts with traction. This is a realatively new converter haven't seen much on it.. basing my opinion on a friends ST-3700, it should be a kick azz converter.
If you looking for a monster from a roll.. think about a TP-4000 or 4400.

Re: ST4000 and 3.73s? Thanks for replying. Okay, how about a 4400 with a high STR and 4.10s? Shouldn't be extremely loose with more gear and about a 3.0 STR, should it? I bet it would hit like crazy, and my rearend and tranny would probably go pretty quickly after that. But it would be fun. Any ideas on that setup?
Re: ST4000 and 3.73s? The ST 4000 and 3.73s will be an awesome track combo with good tires. It should 60' as well as, if not better than a YTP 4400.
For power from a roll, a YTP 4400 would be a better choice as its efficency and shift extension are better than a ST 4000.

Re: ST4000 and 3.73s? If you have done the gears yet. Get a converter first. You may not want the gears afterward.
The ST-4000 with 3.23's wouldn't be a bad combo.. or even a TP-4000.
If your looking for the all out fastest(quickest) combo IMO... TP-4400 with 3.73's
