dyno pull questions???
I have dynoed on the motor for peak numbers by just rolling into third then punching it.
But what about on the bottle, I would like to see my A/F ratio on my whole 1/4 mile run, can this be done on the dyno?
Thanks
Jeff
If you have LS1Edit, you could temporarily alter your shift points to keep the tranny in 3rd as well as lock-up the clutch.
Thanks,
Jeff
So the majority of people that get their A4 cars dyno tuned on the wide-band are only using upper(around 3000 and on) third gear rpm's as a reference?

True, but even the M6 guys frequently start around 2500 rpm. In a race, you'll be below 3000 rpm for only a brief moment at the launch, even if you have the stock converter. From a roll, you'll never be below 3000 rpm at WOT.
