Re: Question on counting gear teeth?
The teeth count for both a series 2 and a series 3 will be the same...but how to tell which series it is. Like 3.73's the teeth count for both series is gonna be 41-11, but how would i tell which series it would be.

Re: Question on counting gear teeth?
If it is a GM gear 2.73-3.08 it is a 2 series. 3.23 and up are 3 series. If you have an aftermarket gear you have a chance of a 2.73-3.08 thick gear(meaning 3 series), but 3.23 and up will still be 3 series.
