Alum Shaft?

Alum Shaft? I installed mines today and the car vibrates just a little more and its a tad bit harder to shift into 1st and 2nd....this normal? (I did upgrade from the 2 piece steel version) Idk ive heard since alum has less mess than steel more vibrations will be going through out the car because it doesnt absorb it as much.
And if I do have an un-balanced shaft and I stay under 55 mph 90% of the time can it cause any damage or risk? Like once a month ill go up to 70, not higher tho.
