Default Anyone make a good gasket for a 9 inch???

does any company make a GOOD gasket for a MOSER 9 inch i tried a thin paper gasket and it leaked

i am looking to try NOT to use the old RTV

I put a THICK bead of RTV high temp all around then bolted the center on and there was alot that squeezed out that made a bead around the lip of the case and I have had NO leaks whatsoever.

I dont think I have used a 9" gasket in....... I dunno...... 10+ years.

Clean the surface's with brake cleaner, let it flash and drop a bead around the center section and drop it into the housing. You may not want to do it, but.... it is still the best way to seal it.

I just finished installing my 9" yesterday and kept ripping the thin paper gaskets. I just ditched the gasket use rtv, no leaks so far.
