Question how much should i plan on spending for a gear install?

hey guys...
i bought some 4 10's for my m6 10 bolt...just to give it a whirl ya know..

also bought a ratech coplete install kit from Thunder Racing..

how much should I plan on spending for the install...and anything I should know before I take it to a shop?

2x what you'd expect is a pretty good rule of thumb (well, at least with my shitty luck)

Have you thought about trying to install them yourself? It's really not that hard. Plus saves all that money.
