Default Help me select a gear set guys

I'm almost a full bolt-on car right and am looking to do a rear-end swap before I go heads/cam and nitrous. The goal is a 10 second street/strip car.

I've decided on a Strange S60 but I'm sort of confused on what gears to choose that my car won't eventually outgrow. I know 4.10's are good for a bolt-on/cam car. But what about later on when I add 100 maybe 200 shot? I plan on keeping the car a long time, and if I have to rebuild the lower half of the engine, I'm going to probably go with a stroked 383 for even more power and an even bigger shot. Should I just go with 4.10's and compensate with a larger tire in the years to come, or would I maybe be better off starting with some 3.73's, or maybe something different altogether. I don't want to have to keep changing gears for my setup to go down the track as I keep modding in the years to come.

Thanks for any help,
John

I have 3.70 gears and I wouldn't want to go any lower on the spray. If you did you'll be a shift'n fool.

Id still say 4.11s is your best bet if your a m6 if your an auto 3.73-3.89 . You can get a taller tire to help out for the bigger gear .

Yeah, it is an M6, I thought that was in my sig, guess not.

Any other input would be appreciated regarding other peoples setups, gears, 1/4 mile, tach and tire info.
