Just had 4:10s put in. They seem to be good. Only problem is, after about 110miles, there is this irregular, nearly dragging sound coming from the right rear wheel. It is releative to RPM, yet it is not constant. Is it common to have an e-brake issue after install? The axle shafts were perfect and the bearings were very good, so I pretty much ruled that out(less than 50k miles). What would be specific to the Passanger side? Any Ideas?

Some trash may have gotten in either bearing and now is screwing it up...as far as hanging, the ebrake should be fine unless someone adjusted the star wheel.
