Re: STR of Vig 2800? Umm.. Having owned a converter with nearly a 3.0 STR (UT-4600) and having driven a few Vig 3600's I can guarantee that the 3600 isn't a 3.0 STR.
The number use to be 2.0 for the 2800, 2.2 for the 3200 and 2.5 for the 3600.

Re: STR of Vig 2800? This seems to be a deep dark secret. Vig. says it's 2.5. Everyone else says 2.0. Recently I was told it was 2.0 and they changed it to 2.5.

PI told me it was 2.5, and I'll believe them on the STR of a Vigilante before I believe their chief competitor (although Yank gave it a pretty good review).
