I have a 2002 z28 when im driving along about 60+ and let off the gas i have a ror & a slite vibration comin from rear end What could this be Bearings??? its stock rear end and gears and car only has 41K miles Pease HELP!

mine does it 2. ive even had new gears put in, and new wheel bearings. it is still there. ive heard that these rear ends are just noisy. i was thinking though maybe a pinion bearing replacement may get rid of it. but im not sure.
