Hi guys, i bought some gears last week, but they sent me the 2 series carrier (my car is a 99 camaro z28 M6).
So of course, it didn`t fit.
My question is this: My friend has a 1995 T/A, is it possible that he gave me his carrier, and i give him mines?? I would hive him my 3.42`s as well
Would my 2 series carrier 4.10`s fit in my camaro with his carrier?? Do they fit??
Thank`s in advance...

Depends on the carrier in his T/A.
If he's a M6 then he should have a series 3 carrier.
If he's an A4 then it depends on his gears.
If he has an A4 with 3.23 he should have a Series 3 carrier also.
If he has an A4 with 2.73s then he should have a series 2 carrier, and that should work with your series 2 gears.
The RPO codes in the door are the quickest way to check your gears/carrier if your rear end is stock. GU2 = 2.73(series 2) GU5 = 3.23(series 3) GU6=3.42(series 3)
