Does anyone know a part # for the seal that goes in the moser housing end ? I'd rather pick it up locally if possible. The seal has no numbers stamped in it.

 

CR 15141 is the same ID and OD but you may have to shave down the thickness of the seal if self. Moser is now using a thicker Press ring to help retain their axle bearings so it may contact the seal you buy a your local auto supply.

 

Thanks Scott. I just came from napa, I was able to measure the old one and match it up. The napa seal is actually thinner than the original.

 

I haven't seen that CR 15141 seal used in a long time, but good to hear you got the right part.
