Rear-End Help Hey guys I have been reading a lot on here and I am trying to figure out something still, when you say new rear end do you mean new housing and 3rd member and just 3rd member? I am do in a v6 to 383 swap in the future and just figuring out some numbers! also how much on average do you spend in a new rear end??? i am gonna run a spool. Thanks a lot!!!
Usually people are referring to the whole thing (hub to hub). Depending on what you buy you can spend from $2-3K for new and $1200-2000 used--for something that will take some abuse.
