Default Driveline Solutions?

Has anyone dealt with this company before? I received my brand new 9in. and during the install we noticed that it had no drain... and I specifically ordered the drain. I cannot get anyone to return my phone calls, 3 messages over 2 weeks and nothing! Anyone know just how reputable these guys normally are????

Please double check the bottom of your housing, Moser installs flush mount drains and if they forgot we can get one to you but it must be welded in.

Scott, there is not one there. I honestly do not want to take the rear apart to drain it, so when is the best time to contact you? I work night shift and go in at 8pm so I don't want to have to play phone tag, sorry if this comes off the wrong way but I have called you several times and left messages and had no response.

Thanks for the response, PM sent. Guys, Scott was very helpful when I was ordering my rear and if this was Mosers error not his, I don't want anyone to think that he has been bad to do business with. Quite the opposite actually, one guy has alot of work to do assembling rears and running a business and if he had a hard time getting back to me, well, it happens.
