What caused my bearings to go out?

I have done axle bearings on more than one f-body, and there was no damage besides the bearing itself. It's a case by case basis IMO dependent on how early you catch the noise...if the axle is worn replace it, if not, it's fine.

OKay...who has axles in stock, would a dealership? and would ANYONE CHEAPER also have them? Do I need a specific axle for 4-channel ABS? if so, why?

My dealership had them the next day and they had a 12 month warranty
