Default SLP AUBURN POSI UNIT

I GOT A 99 SS AND BLEW UP THE POSI IT HAS THE SS UPGRADED AUBURN UNIT I PULLED THE COVER AND SPRINGS WERE LAYING IN THE BOTTOM OF THE REAREND IN TEETH FROM THE POSI WERE DOWN THERE TOO I DUNNO IF THIS ONE IS FIXABLE OR NOT BUT THE CAR ONLY HAS 45000 MILES ON IT AND I CHECKED THE FLUID A WEEK AGO AND IT WAS FULL I DUNNO WHAT TO DO ANY SUGGESTIONS?

New Auburn is between $300-$400 depending on the model you want and where you get it. Replacing posi is not difficult. Don't know if Auburn is rebuildable. Somebody tried to get an answer to that here but so far I have not seen any, would be interesting. Though, rebuild is most likely PITA and if you don't do it yourself the additional labor involved would probably end up the operation costing close to the same as putting in a new posi.
