Diagnose my rear problem???? please? I thought i would post my symptoms here and maybee i can get a good handle on whats going on. I have a strange 12 bolt with 4.10 gears.
Today while driving i noticed that the rear end seems to float. Hard to describe but it kind of sways back and forth. Also when i engaged my line lock to do a burn out only the left tire spun and the car wanted to spin clockwise very quickly. Also when im just cruising and get on the gas the car pulls to the right pretty good, tehn straitens out when i let off the gas some. I have a nice thump thump thump comming from the right rear when im making a hard right turn in neutral. This noise has been there since day one of install. It has gotten a bit worse today though.
I would love any help at all. Its just frusterating as hell to spend 2500 bucks on a rear end and have all these problems. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Sad]" src="gr_sad.gif" />

Re: Diagnose my rear problem???? please? Would the posi going out cause the car to feel like its swaying when im going 50 plus?? I checked the sway bar. Everthing seems to be in order. Feels like the car is getting tossed by winds.
9" Detroit lockers do some funny things as they engage and disengage, sometimes they seem like they are controlling the car, although this would not be aplicable for a 12 bolt.
