The cheapest way ?? I had stock 10 bolts with moser axles, TA cover, with 342s in my former LT1. I think it was enough for a 360rwhp A4, 3k stall with DragRadials, mid to high 12s passes.
I took that rear end when sold the LT1 and installed to my Stock M6. It has less than 400 usd invested.
I am worry about my rear end with the new motor, LS6 with Ported Heads and G5X-3 cam, 400 + rwhp for sure. But after spending a lot of money on the motor, headers, Ls7 clutch, etc. I dont have 2.5k to spend on a rear end.
Is it any way to make an afordable rear end that can handle 400rwhp? Something arround 1000-1400 usd?

im lookin at doing the same thing...whatd it cost you for the bigger cover and axles? i was told this weekend that with a bigger cover you can fit 31 spline axles and different spider gears or something that will withstand 400+ RWHP
