Do I need a better rear? Guys,
I'm kinda undecided on what to do here. I don't know whether or not I really need to spend over $2,000.00 to upgrade my rear end. It's an auto making probably around 375rwhp, and I want to upgrade to 3:73 gears to go with my nice 3200 stall and drag radials. Am I asking for disaster here? I need some help.

Im an A4 cammed out down 350rwhp my 10 bolt is fine(3:23)gear and just dropped my car off to add heads.My friend james(gillbot is making 400rwhp in an A4 ansd is still using his 10 bolt.Now in the spring Im gonna add nitrous,and there are a few people going low 11 and 10's with an A4 with the 10 bolt girdle/axles and it hold for a LITTLE BIT and eventually breaks,Me Im not sticking a dime in the 10 bolt when Im ready to add the juice in acouple months you can bet Bob is getting a call from me.The only thing Ive done to help it is added lower control arms,to eliminate wheel hop(rear end killer),but that is something I can still use when the 10 bolt goes
