driveshaft question
driveshaft question im swapping a th400 into my ls1 sometime this week and have a driveshaft that was supposivly used in another th400 swap. does any one know the exact length the shaft has to be, just want to be sure its the correct length before i go pulling everything apart

what did you do replace the front yoke since the 400 and 4l60 are diffrent splines? that would be one diffrence, diffrent yokes are diffrent lengths. my driveshaft for my th400 with a 9 inch is 44 center to center of the U joint on the shaft, thats with a strange HD yoke.
