will my chatter go away???
i heard that if i break it in then do a few 3k dumps it will go away is this true???
The higher the Cf of the disc material (more aggressive), the more chatter will be prevalent. Gearing is another big issue -the more rear gear you run, the less the clutch has to slip to take off, the less chatter.
Chatter is a shuddering as the clutch is engaged. It is essentially the disc ratcheting across the friction surfaces, alternately grabbing and slipping until full pedal is applied.

Well I quess that settles it my Cartek Chatters pretty bad when I'm just trying to ease off the clutch.
Would a new PP fix it?

Bent disc - can occur when reinstalling the transmission if it is rocked or, worst of all' pulled in by the bolts.
Broken mounts - engine or trans. They might look good, but until you pull on them with an engine puller or other, you don't know.
Misalignments - between the engine and transmission, could be as simple as a pinched wire or a warped housing. Aftermarket bellhousings are notorious for not being 'exactly perfectly aligned' from their factories...
Flywheel not resurfaced parallel to the crank flange - the grinder must locate the flywheel off the crank flange to get a parallel grind.
If the chatter is due to the friction material, it will be directly related to heat. When the clutch is cold in the morning, it will chatter alot less or maybe not at all. Seating the clutch will usually help some, but as a general rule if it is aggressive and chattering, its not likely to go away.

One more note - using more RPM on takeoff will help alleviate some of the chatter. I drove a 6 paddle metallic disc for years and you CAN get used to it.
