I've had my kirban in since about a month after I bought the car (11k miles ago). It's 100x better than the stock hurst ever thought about being. I've yet to have driven a car with a Pro 5.0 or Ripper, though I don't think they would be much different than the kirban. Before I purchased the shifter, I was told it had a shorter stick/throw than the ripper or pro5.0 had... though I cannot confirm this.

I really don't think you can go wrong with any of the 3.

On a side note... I purchased my kirban used from a member on the message boards for 92 bucks shipped, and sold my stock hurst for 125 on ebay... so I'd say that mine has been a very good investment so far <img border="0" title="" alt="[Smile]" src="gr_stretch.gif" />
