what posi with 3.73?

what posi with 3.73? should i get the upgraded one, or use the cheapo 99 dollar one? i have about 10K miles on my current one with 3.23s and low-mid 1.5 launches and its still good. will the 3.73s just add a lot more stress causing it to break easier?
