adjust your ebrake with the little "spur" adjsuters and the sqeaks with go away and your ebrake will work like new as long as you do a good job of adjusting it

i'd rechange the oil in there, 4qts is too much, the synthetic oil out of there. like has been posted before.

Ok I will get the old oil out. do you think since its synthetic it could be a reason why its leaking? because synthetic molecules are smaller/consistently sized?

I already drained all the excess oil.

You are correct on the spelling..duh on me.

Most any aftermarket posi maker recommends standard gear oil..so who are we to argue. And from multiple searches here and on other boards, members with far more experience in rear differentials (than I) repeatedly recommend to stay away from synthetics in rears. Do a search on chicane, he has some interesting points about it.
