out come the 3.73's. what next for my turbo setup
well as of now i have a 3600vig and 3.73's in my dailydriver and love it, but traction IS a major issue, if i just smash the gas i spin well into 3rd, and i can break them loose at 40 just cruisin on dry road..
im about to put on a single turbo setup and traction will be absolutely nonexistent if i keep my current gears, what gears should i do instead, i would like to get more uptop, but still have some down low..
should i put the 2.73's back in since (i wouldnt have to dish out the money for new ones doing this ) the 3.73;s are only gaining me about a tenth off my quarter since i have such a big stall.. or would 3.23's be a better idea
all input is welcome, but i would really like to hear from somebody with a turbo setup.
i do miss being able to bury the speedo, so 2.73's are looking pretty favorable, and with the turbo i may need the 200mph guages

I wouldnt go as high as the 2.73's, maybe a good set of 3.23's, 3.42's or 3.55's depending on what you plan on with the car.
it sounds like the 3.42's will be a good mix for you, they will load the turbo beter out of the hole and still give you some low end pull while its spooling, and you wont be revving to the moon going down the hwy....
