Yes. However you will need to use 4th gen rims bacause the rear is approx 2" wider on each side.

Emergency brake cable length may be an issue also. If you get the rear with the cables you should be fine.

I think there is a write up on www.thirdgen.org about how to do the swap and set the park brakes up so they work.
