Default ES transmisson mount torque arm bushing

I have a 98 ss with the m6. I just recently put the Energy suspension transmission mount and torque arm bushing in. This should be high on the list of first mods. What a difference it made on my car. Made it feel alot tighter. The only question I have is it vibrates at highway speeds. I saw all the stuff about removing the preload plate and grinding the bumps down and putting washers under the crossmember. I have already put 1000 miles on it and it still does it. Should I modify mine. I dont mind the extra noise, its just the vibration. Im going to the track tomorrow and want to know if it will hurt if I dont do it before the track..

I dont know about hurting it. I know people have had luck grinding them down even after using them for awhile. If you dont want to do that just pick up a ProThane mount from thunder. You just bolt those right in and they dont have the plate or bump you just bolt it in.
