Is this m/c broken? Help!
Is this m/c broken? Help! I'm in the middle of a m6 swap. I have bench bled my master cylinder. It's a stock unit. The thing is now that I finished bleeding it air and fluid come out of the breather hole in the rubber sleeve. I'm talking about the rubber boot on the m/c tht is on the same end as the rod. It has a small hole in that rubber boot. While I was bleeding it air came out and finally fluid. Is this normal? It seems to me like that should be sealed. I'm wondering if I messedit up somehow. Please help.
Re: Is this m/c broken? Help! That's what i thought. I probably did it when I was bench bleeding it improperly. I was pumping the cylinder and only opening the bleeder valve every 5-6 pumps or so. No slave attached. Time to order an adjustable one. Thanks.
