Need tranny help ASAP!

Need tranny help ASAP! I was @ the track last night ... on my first(and only) run i spin all through first and try to shift to second. It will not let me go to 2nd so i try 3rd and I cant even get it in any gear now. I finally get it back in first at the turn around of the 1/8th mile and limp back to the parking area. When the car was off i could get it in gear, when the car was on i couldnt. I treid to crank it in 1st and the car surges forward, so I see if it will go to 2nd and it feels and sounds like something came apart.
After towing it home, the next day I will go in gear fine but if it trys to move there is a loud grinding noise ( I had to move it a few yds) and the whole car shakes. Fluid is leaking between the bellhousing adn the tranny now also. I checked the MC resivor, but all teh fluid in it is full.
Any Ideas on what is wrong? The clutch is barely a yr old ... Its a RAM 6130 with 402 Pressure plate and adj MC and the drill mod has been done.
I tried to give as much detail as i can think of, so if anyone can help it would be greaty apprecaited!!!
