Do I need a Ring Gear Spacer I'm about to buy 3.73 gears . Do I need to get a ring spacer ?
I'm asking cuz I have 2.73 in the car and I saw somewhere that if you have that gear you gonna need RING GEAR SPACER, is that true ?

Your absolutely correct a spacer or a 3 series carrier. a spacer is cheaper. which ever one you chose just make sure the install of the gear is correct.
Just buy a thick set of gears. They usually have an X at the end of the part number, they are made to fit a 2 series carrier and it is better than using a spacer and cheaper than buying a new carrier.
