Default moser 9"

Anyone know are these set up with a crush sleeve or a solid spacer in them. Preload seemed super tight to me and someone with 25 years of setting up gears. I just wonder if i need to get a spacer for him to set it up or if it already has one in it. We didnt do anything to it yet except take a look at it.
