Default Anyone know the size and thread pitch for pinion nut?

Does anyone know what size the pinion nut is. Thread pitch etc. I am trying to pick up a temporary for testing purposes.

To be a little more specific... what differential ?? I dont just want to assume your talking about the venerable 7.5".

I have a few used pinion nuts that I tapped out,with 7/8-14,to use as temporaries to check pinion depth.I also have slip-fit pinion bearings for setting up/determining shim for the pinion.
