Default how to dyno? tcc locked or not

When doing a dyno session what is the preferred tcc status? Should I leave it where I have it set (it locks at about 95mph) or should I leave it fully locked or fully unlocked? Will this make a difference in the bottom line numbers? I am hoping to do some tuning soon and would like some input on what to do. Thanks.

An unlocked high stall converter causes the rpm readings to be skewed. You should dyno locked if you're there to do tuning or develop meaningful numbers.

If you're just curious about peak HP and want an inflated TQ # for bragging rights or tire planning, then unlocked is ok.
