well with the stock output of 315hp... it will fail.

so i would say..... if you ever put power to the ground or beat on it, you're lucky you're still driving it around..

The question is not, 'how much HP can my stock rear take', but rather 'how much punishment can my stock rear take'.

Plenty of guys on here DD thier 400-600hp Supercharged LTX/LSX cars, and never have a problem.
On the other hand, guys with bolt ons and a cam are breaking the rear left and right because they have Drag Radials (or stickies) and take thier car to the track alot.

Having alot of HP does not mean your car is taking alot of punishment, it just up's the chances.
How long a rear end lasts has more to do with traction, launch shock, maintenence, amount of track time, etc...

I even drop mine in 3rd gear w/ 4.11 gears at almost 65 and straight dip.....with around 500rwhp and mine is holding up.......lol It instantly pushes 10psi and pulls like a freight train....I don't know how that shock hasn't boken something
