Default making noise

Yeah I broke my drive shaft right at the yolk. now its making a squeaking noise?
What the hell is it? sounds like its coming from the rear maybe.

Sounds like your U-joints are bad, if you broke it you probably screwed up your u-joints as well.

I just replaced them,, do they need to be greased more?

ok that noise went away. now it has like a poping noise underneath it... like its hitting something,,

Oh man... You got me now lol... maybe you fubarred the pinion shaft itself? Check your lower control arms make sure they are tight... when does this sound happen? Upon acceleration? Deceleration? Coasting?

Check out your transmission mount, as they tend to break quite easily. Also check out your torque arm, the factory one starts to bend about six inches forward of the rearend. Bob
