Default How to change fluid?

I just bought a 2001 SS with a bunch of aftermarket mods. One of the mods is a 9" rear (Strange?) with 4.11's. It doesnt have a 'bolt-in' rear cover where you can take it off and drain the diff fluid, it is a solid welded unit. How do you drain the fluid from it??
Do I have to take the center section out from the 'front' of the rear end, and drain it that way? I thought I'd ask first, because I dont want to take the bolts out and have a bunch of parts fall out when I remove it.
Im new to RWD vehicles, so please go easy on me.

Any tips anyone would have on removing and refilling the fluid, and also what they recommend for fluid would be very much appreciated.

Thanks!!!

If there is not a drain plug on the center section (towards the front of the car), you'll have to pull the entire center section to drain it. That means you'll be pulling the axles first, which will be retained at the ends of the axle tubes with bolts.

The only plug I see is the fill/check plug on the side.

The rear end I just bought is the same way. I'll have to pull off the TA and the DS, then the center section every time I want to change the fluid.
I thought it was going to come with a drain plug. That would make things MUCH MUCH easier.
