I have a few questions. I have a stock A4 ta what can I expect to pick up at the track from this? (this was asked on another thread but never answered) What brand is recomended? And last will i have to get it tuned? I no this crap has been asked before but i never see a clear response for my particular setup.

I dont know much but you should get it tuned (different gears will mess with the spedo and trans shift points)

I would not do this on a stock LS1..go for a 2800 vigilante first.

I stall would be nice but i really want to ride in a stalled car first, it seems like something id hate to have for a DD

get the gear.you will like it.your sixtys will improve,mph and you et will also.at least mine did.i was running close to what you were in your sig with 273s also.
you will need to set your computer for the gears.other people might not agree but my diablo pred does alot of stuff and also picked up better ets at the track with it alone.

im not a big fan of a high stall for a dd.

Stall converter will be better than gears. read the forum on trans. good info answers alot of your questions
