I love the 3.73's from the 2.73's so far, its only been a day since I got the car back. My only complaint is it hits the governor too quick now (speedo is 25 mph off or so) lol

I went from 2.73 to 3.42 to 3.73 and wished I had just went to 3.73s. I use the T/A for highway cruising (road trips). More pull with 3.73 even on the Interstate.
Let say you are heading down the highway doing 60 mph and a Mustang comes along side you, your gonna want 3.73s.

I have 2.73's in my car, and think im going to keep them to save mpg, also I dont see the need for me to get gears since I cant hook with 2.73's and I like it when I catch up to guys with 3.73's and end up passing them.

4.10's, anything less is a half measure.
and the tremendous loss of gas mileage and driveability because of gears is an old wives tale, anyone who is that concerned with losing 1/2 -1 mpg should sell their muscle car and get a prius.

are you kidding? I could barely break my tires loose with the 2.73s. With the 3.73's they spin through 1st with barely any tire noise, once it breaks 1st into 2nd, I get a little tire screech and its off.

i voted 3.42's since it is a DD and with a decent stall it will still run excellent, and with later mods you could always go with set-ups that make power in the bottom end to utilize your power band for the gears

I had 273 and went to 342s. It is a perfect gear for a daily driver. There isnt much performance difference between the two gears anyway. I dont know about 373s but 342s have been good to me.
